Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 7 September 2026.
Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website. Accessibility was built into this site rather than added at the end, and the checks below were run against the live build.
What has been done
- Every page has exactly one
<h1>and a heading order that does not skip levels, so the document outline is usable with a screen reader. - Every image carries an
altattribute — descriptive where the image carries meaning, empty where it is decorative. - A skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
- The site is fully readable with JavaScript disabled. No content is injected by client-side script.
- The consent banner is announced as a dialog, moves focus into itself, returns focus when dismissed, offers Accept and Reject at equal size and prominence, and has 44×44px targets.
- Text and interface colours were checked for contrast in both light and dark colour schemes.
- Layouts are fluid and reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320px wide.
- Animation respects
prefers-reduced-motion.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you what is not yet right than claim more than we can support.
- No screen-reader audit has been completed. The site has been checked structurally and by keyboard, but not yet walked through with JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver. Until that happens we cannot claim full AA conformance in good conscience.
- No automated accessibility scan has been run against the live site. axe-core and Lighthouse checks are planned but have not yet been executed.
- Some markup comes from a third-party theme which we do not fully control. Where its output falls short of our target we will replace it.
- The contact form has no submission endpoint yet. Email and telephone alternatives are shown on the same page and both work without JavaScript.
- The demo-booking widget is not yet available on this site. The same outcome is reachable by telephone or email, shown in its place.
Telling us about a problem
If any part of this site stops you doing what you came to do, please tell us. Email info@rydflow.com or call 866-395-5006, and describe the page and what went wrong. We will reply and tell you what we intend to do about it.
If you need information from this site in a different format — larger text, plain text, or read to you over the phone — ask and we will provide it.
Scope
This statement covers the Rydflow marketing website. The Rydflow application at crm.rydflow.com is a separate product and is not covered here.
TODO: this statement should be updated once the screen-reader walkthrough and automated scans have been completed, and the review date changed. If Rydflow sells or takes bookings from customers in the European Union, the European Accessibility Act has applied since June 2025 and a formal conformance assessment may be required.
