Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026. This policy covers the Rydflow marketing website. The Rydflow platform at crm.rydflow.com is a separate service governed by its own Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement (effective 28 April 2025). Those govern the data you and your clients put into the platform; this one covers only what happens when you visit this website.
Who we are
Rydflow LLC, 1110 South Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314, United States. Telephone 866-395-5006. General enquiries info@rydflow.com; privacy matters privacy@rydflow.com.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form
We collect the name, email address, subject and message you type. We use them only to answer you. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a contact enquiry, and we do not sell or rent this information to anyone.
When you accept analytics
If, and only if, you choose Accept on the consent banner, we load The Marketer (t.themarketer.com), which collects your IP address, browser user agent, referring page and the pages you view. We use this to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
If you choose Reject, or ignore the banner, none of this happens. See the Cookie Policy for the detail.
When you subscribe to updates
The "Get The Updates That Matter" sign-up form is provided by The Marketer, so it appears only after you choose Accept. If you enter your email address and tick the confirmation box, the address goes to The Marketer, which keeps our subscriber list and sends the updates on our behalf. We use it only for the updates the form describes. The box starts unticked, and nothing is sent until you tick it.
You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in any update or by writing to privacy@rydflow.com.
What we collect regardless
Our web server records ordinary access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response code and user agent — as every web server does. These exist to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you.
Legal bases
- Answering your enquiry: our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- Analytics: your consent, freely given and withdrawable at any time.
- Email updates: your consent, given by ticking the box on the sign-up form and withdrawable by unsubscribing.
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
Who else receives your data
| Recipient | What they receive | When |
|---|---|---|
| The Marketer | IP address, user agent, referrer, pages viewed; your email address if you subscribe to updates | Only after you choose Accept; the email address only when you subscribe |
| Google Firebase Cloud Messaging | Whatever is needed to register a browser push subscription | Only after you choose Accept, and only if The Marketer requests push |
That is the complete list for this website. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Fonts, Gravatar, social tracking pixels or any advertising network here.
International transfers
Rydflow LLC is based in the United States and this site is served from the United States. If you are in the EU, EEA or United Kingdom, visiting this site means your data is processed outside your home jurisdiction.
Where personal data is transferred across borders, Rydflow relies on Standard Contractual Clauses, participation in the Data Privacy Framework, and other lawful transfer mechanisms, as set out in the platform Privacy Policy. The same mechanisms apply to data collected through this website.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Server access logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and diagnostics.
Requires confirmation: specific retention periods for website contact enquiries and server logs have not yet been fixed. Stating them as concrete periods here — rather than "as long as necessary" — would be better practice, and a lawyer should set them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have given. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Rydflow does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Beyond the GDPR and UK GDPR, Rydflow observes the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and the Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah state privacy laws. Residents of those states may exercise their rights under the relevant statute.
Rydflow does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because no industry standard governs how they should be interpreted. Your choice on the consent banner is honoured regardless.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@rydflow.com. We may need to verify who you are before we act. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the European Economic Area and think we have not dealt with your concern properly, you may contact your national data protection authority. Contact details are listed at edpb.europa.eu.
Children
This site is aimed at transport businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the review date at the top and, where the change affects how we use data you have already given us, tell you directly.

Requires legal review. This policy describes the website's actual, measured data flows accurately. Its company details are taken from the New York State business register, and its transfer mechanisms and rights language are aligned with the platform Privacy Policy at crm.rydflow.com. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The one substantive gap is concrete retention periods, noted above.
