Cookie Policy
Last reviewed: 7 September 2026. This policy covers the Rydflow marketing website only. The Rydflow platform at crm.rydflow.com is a separate service with its own Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement, effective 28 April 2025, which also describe the cookies the platform itself uses.
The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. It loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking until you have explicitly agreed. If you choose Reject, or simply ignore the banner, nothing third-party is loaded and no cookies are set. The site works fully either way.
What we store on your device
Your consent choice
When you choose Accept or Reject on the banner, that decision is saved in your browser's local storage under the key rydflow-consent. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to our server, and it is not readable by any other website. Its only purpose is to avoid asking you the same question on every page.
Clearing your browser's site data for this domain removes it, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Cookies set after you accept
If you choose Accept, we load The Marketer (t.themarketer.com), an analytics and marketing service. Its script sets cookies on your device and may register a browser push subscription through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. It receives your IP address, your browser's user agent, the referring page, and the pages you view on this site. The email sign-up form for updates is also part of The Marketer, so it appears only after you accept.
We do not control the cookies The Marketer sets or how long they last. If you need that detail before deciding, choose Reject and contact us — the address is at the bottom of this page.
What we do not do
- We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting on this website.
- We do not share what you do on this site with social networks. The Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube icons in the footer are ordinary links: they send nothing until you click them.
- We do not load fonts, avatars or scripts from third-party content networks. Everything the page needs is served from this domain.
Changing your mind
Select Cookie and analytics choices at the bottom of any page. The banner reappears and you can change your answer. Choosing Reject after having accepted stops the script loading on subsequent page views; it does not delete cookies already set by The Marketer, which you can remove through your browser's site-data settings.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data, usually under Settings then Privacy. Blocking all cookies may affect other websites; it will not stop this one working.
