If you hold a Rydflow account, the platform at crm.rydflow.com is governed by its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (effective 28 April 2025). Those govern your subscription, your data and the service itself, and they prevail over anything on this page in the event of a conflict.

We keep the information here current and correct, including the prices and product descriptions. Even so, this website is marketing material, not a contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the County of Richmond, New York. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection to them, including on grounds of forum non conveniens.
