How does Rydflow charge for its service?

Does Rydflow take a percentage of my revenue?
No. Rydflow takes zero percentage of your earnings.
Does Rydflow charge commission on bookings?
No. There are no commissions on any bookings, ever.
Does Rydflow charge commission on partner jobs?
No. Farm In and Farm Out jobs through the Rydflow Alliance are completely commission-free — 0% on every partner transaction.
Are there any hidden fees on Rydflow?
No. The only cost is the flat subscription. No success tax, no growth penalties, no surprise charges.
What is included in the subscription?
The subscription includes the full CRM, dispatch board, AI quoting tools, passenger and driver apps, reporting dashboards, the Client Portal, and access to the Rydflow Alliance partner network.
Is anything available as a paid add-on?
Yes. White-label branding (custom domain and email) is available as a premium add-on on top of the base subscription.
Payments & Payouts
Who receives payment from my clients?
You do — directly. Clients pay you straight to your merchant account. Rydflow is never involved.
Does Rydflow hold my funds?
No. There are no platform holding periods. Funds go directly to you instantly.
Can I use my own payment processor?
Yes. You integrate your own preferred payment processor. Rydflow has no restrictions on which processor you use.
Does Rydflow have access to my payments at any point?
No. Rydflow has no access to your payments at any stage of the transaction.

Does Rydflow have a mobile app?
Yes. Rydflow includes both a Driver App and a Passenger App, included in the platform at no extra cost.
What does the Driver App do?
It gives drivers real-time trip details, route information, and digital manifests on their phone.
What does the Passenger App do?
It gives passengers live trip tracking so they can follow their vehicle in real time.
Do the apps cost extra?
No. Both apps are included in the standard subscription.
Farm In & Farm Out
What does Farm Out mean?
Farm Out means subcontracting a job to a partner operator when you cannot fulfill it yourself.
When would I Farm Out a job?
When your fleet is fully booked, when a vehicle has a mechanical failure, or when a job is outside your capacity.
What does Farm In mean?
Farm In means accepting a job from another operator in the network when they cannot fulfill it.
How much does Rydflow charge for farmed jobs?
Zero. Rydflow charges 0% commission on all Farm In and Farm Out transactions.
Do I keep 100% of a farmed job’s revenue?
Yes. You keep every penny. Rydflow takes nothing from partner transactions.
Can I grow my business by farming in jobs?
Yes. Farm In lets you take on more volume — including large corporate moves — without adding vehicles to your fleet.
Rydflow Alliance (Partner Network)
What is the Rydflow Alliance?
It is a network of verified transport operators on the Rydflow platform who collaborate by sharing jobs and sending each other quotes.
What can I do inside the Rydflow Alliance?
You can send and receive RFQs, farm jobs in and out, expand your service area, and fill capacity gaps — all at 0% commission.
What is an RFQ?
RFQ stands for Request for Quote. When you cannot fulfill a job, you can send an RFQ to partners in your network and receive competing quotes back.
Can I expand my services without buying more vehicles?
Yes. Through the Rydflow Alliance, you can offer services you don’t directly operate by farming them out to trusted partners.
Does joining the Alliance cost extra?
No. Access to the Rydflow Alliance partner network is included in the subscription.
White Label
Does Rydflow offer white-label branding?
Yes. White-label portals are available as a premium add-on.
Can I use my own domain with Rydflow?
Yes. You can host the CRM at a custom subdomain like crm.your-company.com.
Can quote emails come from my own email address?
Yes. All outgoing emails can be sent from your staff’s addresses, such as name@your-company.com.
Will my clients see any Rydflow branding?
No. With the white-label option, clients only ever see your brand.
